About Me
Mallory is the owner & founder of The Radu Group. She began her career in the Indianapolis office in 2008 after graduating from Purdue University with a Management and Finance degree. She has quickly ascended through the company ranks by ways of acquiring & retaining businesses & customers through an unwavering & passionate belief in our company, its products & services. In 2013 she finished as the #2 Agency Director for Globe Life Liberty National then went on the next year to finish #1 Agency Director in 2014. These accomplishments propelled her to open her own agency in Feb of 2015 in Naperville IL.
Mallory’s philosophy centers around customer devotion and backs it up with an unmatched work ethic making herself available & accountable at all times to the people she serves. Now as an owner of The Radu Group, her responsibilities are focused on serving the businesses, customers, & residents in the Chicago-land area as well as leading her team by delivering resources and on-going education for the betterment of their respective careers. Since opening her agency, she has been a top category leader 2 years in a row as well as a Council of Champions office for Globe Life Liberty National Division in 2019, 2020, 2023 and 2024.

Mallory was born in Chicago but raised in Crown Point IN. She is a dedicated mother of two boys, Ari & Mylo. Outside of work she loves to stay active at the gym, her church as well as vacation the globe.
