This Privacy Policy describes how The Radu Group of IL LLC ("The Radu Group", "we", "our" or "us"), an independently owned agency of Globe Life Liberty National Division, collects, uses and shares personal information in connection with theradugroup.com and any other website we own or control that links to this policy (the "Service"), and in connection with our marketing activities. It also describes your rights and choices.

We share it only as described here: with Globe Life and Liberty National as needed to provide the coverage and service you request; with service providers that help us operate the Service and our business (such as hosting, email delivery and message routing), who may use it only on our behalf; with professional advisors; for compliance, fraud prevention and safety; and in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or sale of assets.
We do not share your contact information or opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Text messaging
We use text messaging to communicate with you about your service, such as appointment confirmations, reminders and account or billing updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Marketing email. You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us. You may still receive service related messages.

6. Other sites and services
The Service may link to websites we do not control, including Globe Life billing and claims portals. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
